D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les glucides affichent une grande richesse en amidon, fibres, glycog\u00e8nes et sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour notre corps. De l\u2019autre, les sucres simples dont le seul avantage est d\u2019apporter une saveur appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de savoir que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/mediacentre\/news\/releases\/2015\/sugar-guideline\/fr\/\">l\u2019OMS pr\u00e9conise une consommation de sucre<\/a> sous la barre des 10 % d\u2019apports caloriques.
